There's the wallpaper. I just used the Prod skin for Windows 7. There's a link in the description and the instructions are there.

Kinda. I had already intended on using that wallpaper, and was just lucky enough to find a rainmeter skin that worked so well. The wallpaper already had those extensions, so lining the tabs up was simple.
